The new 30,000 square foot combination office and warehouse facility located on Milwaukee’s north side, doubles Tracer’s available space and leaves ample room for future expansion on the two-acre site. Located at 1600 West Cornell St., Tracer’s new headquarters is close to affiliate Tracer Repair & Overhaul Services, an FAA-145 aviation wheel and brake repair station at 2040 West Cornell St.

Tracer was quickly outgrowing its previous facility as a result of several business successes attained over the past year. A parts alliance announced last month with Goodrich Aviation Technical Services to streamline the sale of its spare parts being the most recent achievement. Tracer is providing outsourced parts inventory sales and management services to Goodrich.
