Washington, DC - The Aviation Suppliers
Association (ASA) is pleased to announce the election of Debra
Maier of Boeing Commercial Airplanes and the re-election of Mike
Molli of SAS Component A/S, Karen Odegard of Pacific Aero Tech,
Inc. and Roy Resto of Tracer Corporation to ASA’s Board of
Directors.
Debra Maier, BCA Quality Assurance of Boeing
Commercial Airplanes will be serving her second term after being
appointed to the ASA Board in 2003.
Mrs. Maier
looks forward to continuing to help ASA meet the needs of its
members with proactive solutions for the rapidly changing and
fiercely competitive international aerospace marketplace.
Mike Molli, Vice President-Business
Development for SAS Component A/S, will be serving his seventh
term on the ASA Board of Directors.
Mr. Molli will continue his pledge to promote the
activities of the Association and its members as well as provide
insight to the strategic changes taking place within the air
carrier community.
Karen Odegard is President of Pacific Aero
Tech, Inc. As a
certified public accountant and MBA combined with her previous ASA
Board experience, Mrs. Odegard is confident she can continue offer
a keen balance of financial guidance and aviation business
experience to the goals of the association.
Roy Resto is Vice President of Technical
Operations for Tracer Corporation and will be serving his third
term on the ASA Board of Directors.
Mr. Resto is committed to positively representing members,
industry issues, and making the ASA the world-class Association it
has become.

Karen, and Roy to the Board.
It will be a pleasure to continue to work with such
dedicated individuals. I look forward to utilizing their vast industry knowledge and
experience to help guide the association in confronting today’s
