Bill Morales
President & CEO
Morales has been in aviation for over 25 years. Attaining the rank of Major in the US Marine Corps, he flew Cobra attack helicopters during the 1980s. When not in the air, he ran squadron maintenance organizations and learned the importance of having the right part at the right time. While serving in the Marine Reserves during the early 1990s, Morales learned the commercial aviation parts business and went on to found Tracer Corp. in 1992. He added Milwaukee Centerline and Miami Centerline, both FAA-certified wheel/brake repair stations in 1996 and 1998. Together, these three businesses have been recognized with the Milwaukee Future 50 Award. Morales founded TradeAir in 1999, a pioneering aviation e-Business recognized by Forbes as a Best of the Web for 2000.
Jim Daugherty
Chief Operating Officer
A veteran businessman with over twenty years experience in finance, Daugherty has held
financial and executive management positions for such leading
Wisconsin companies as American Roller, Glenroy Inc and Trek
Bicycles. Starting his career with Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young)
in 1981, Daugherty is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds both an MBA
and BBA from the University of Wisconsin (Madison).
Mark Davis
Vice President, Logistics
With twenty years in aviation parts and material handling, Mark Davis is leading Tracer's move to next generation logistics. Davis has served in executive and management positions with America West Airlines, Unical Aviation and Evergreen Aircraft Sales & Leasing. He has directed ASA100 (Airline Suppliers Association accreditation) and ISO 9002 quality standards programs and is a member of the ASA Quality Committee.
Roy Resto
Vice President, Technical Operations
Resto has more than 20 years of aerospace experience, working for firms such as American Airlines, McDonnell Douglas and the U.S. Air Force where he continues to serve in the Reserves. Previously, he was COO of Quality Management Solutions LP, a consulting firm specializing in aircraft maintenance. He also serves on the Suspected Unapproved Parts Steering Committee and the Airline Suppliers Association Board of Directors. Resto's industry credentials include an FAA A&P license, an FCC Radiotelephone license with a RADAR endorsement, and he is an FAA DAR (Designated Airworthiness Representative).
