Bill has been in aviation for almost 30 years. Attaining the rank of Major in the US Marine Corps, he flew Cobra Attack helicopters during the 1980s. When not in the air, he ran squadron maintenance organizations where the importance of having the right part at the right time is paramount to accomplishing the mission.

While serving in the Marine Reserves during the early 1990s, Bill immersed himself in the commercial aviation parts business and went on to found Tracer Corporation in 1993. In 1996, he founded Milwaukee Centerline, an FAA-certified wheel/brake repair station, followed by Miami Centerline in 1998. Together, these three businesses have been recognized with the Milwaukee Future 50 Award.

In 1998, Bill founded TradeAir, a pioneering aviation e-Business recognized by Forbes as a Best of the Web for 2000. In 2003, Bill expanded the wheel and brake repair station capacity and capability in Milwaukee and Miami via a joint venture with Messier Bugatti, a Safran Group company to form Messier-Bugatti-Tracer (MBT). In 2010, he sold both ventures outright to Messier Bugatti.

Prior to joining Tracer, Nicole spent five years with the CPA firm of Hau & Associates, Milwaukee WI. As a senior accountant with Hau, she pursued a business audit, tax, financial preparation and consulting role for a broad base of businesses.

Nicole holds a CPA and BA (’06) in Business Administration from Lakeland College, West Allis, WI.

Jack has been in aviation over 30 years and began his career as a United States Marine Corps pilot of the Cobra Attack Helicopter. In addition to being the squadrons Weapons and Tactics instructor and Functional Check pilot, Jack was responsible for running many shops and divisions within the squadron and intermediate maintenance departments.

Prior to joining the Tracer sales staff in 1998, Jack flew pipeline patrols in both helicopters and fixed wing aircraft. His experience both in the air and on the ground ensure a deep commitment to providing quality parts and support, critical to keeping any aircraft flying. Jack holds an M.S. in Management from Troy State University, Dothan, Alabama.
